MIKE SPRAYBERRY

Mike Sprayberry is a proven leader and emergency manager with a career of public service spanning over 42 years. He served the State of North Carolina for more than more than 15 years in various leadership roles within the state’s Division of Emergency Management; eight of which he served as the Division’s Director while also leading the state’s Office of Recovery and Resiliency and serving as the state’s Deputy Homeland Security Advisor. During his tenure as Director, Mike successfully led his agencies through 32 federal and state declared disasters. Additionally, Mike was President of the National Emergency Management Association (NEMA) from 2017-2018. Before joining state government, Mike honorably served in the United States Marine Corps and North Carolina Army National Guard for 25 years. Mike holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

KENT BENJAMIN

Kent D. Benjamin is the Vice President / Co-Founder of C2Integrations LLC, providing Tactical and Strategic consulting and support to the Department of Defense (DoD), Inter-Agency (IA) and Law Enforcement (LE) Agencies, both foreign and domestic. Mr. Benjamin has over twenty years of experience as a Special Agent working on complex CWMD critical technology cases. While serving as Unit Chief for DoC National Security Division, Mr. Benjamin was responsible for facilitating investigative cases and joint operational initiatives, between the DoD, Intelligence Community, Foreign Governments, and other Law Enforcement Agencies. Mr. Benjamin served as a Supervisory Special Agent responsible for overseeing Special Agents working at locations in nine countries; his duties included managing strategic outreach engagement and foreign engagement programs. Mr. Benjamin is the recipient of two Gold Medals, the Department of Commerce's highest award for the "For Excellence in the Disruption of Weapons of Mass Destruction and Terrorist procurement networks." From 2002-2003, Mr. Benjamin was deployed with the United States Army, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, where he was stationed at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba as a Senior Interrogator for High-Value Detainees. He was again deployed from 2003-2004 in support of Iraqi Freedom tactical HUMNIT teams, stationed throughout Iraq. Mr. Benjamin retired from military service after twenty-seven years.

STEPHEN GOODMAN

Mr. Goodman has been practicing telecommunications law since 1983.  He advises clients on a broad array of complex telecommunications issues, including broadband, satellite, net neutrality, wireless equipment approvals and common carrier regulation. He represents companies before the FCC, other federal agencies and courts, and advises clients on regulatory and technology developments.  He received his undergraduate degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his law degree from Cornell Law school.

GUY G. SANANI, MD

Dr. Guy Sanani is an established physician with over 23 years of experience in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. He completed his training at Saint Louis University in Anesthesia and a fellowship in Pain Medicine at Stanford University. He is well regarded in Westlake Village community, earning numerous accolades for his quality and patient- centered care. Dr. Sanani is active in the community and has spent 17 years with The Youth and Adult soccer programs. He takes great pride in the care provided by him and associates in sport medicine at highly reputable Southern California Orthopedic Institute. Dr. Sanani passion is driven by the bonds he builds with his patients over the course of their lives and the enjoyment he holds in keeping them healthy and well.

HERNÁN OYARZÁBAL

Hernán Oyarzábal is a Senior Executive with an extensive record of accomplishments in economics, finance, banking, and management, spanning internationally in the public and private sectors. Hernán has acted as the Executive Director for the International Monetary Fund, representing Costa Rica, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua, Spain, and Venezuela. Hernán has also been a Member of the Board and Director of Finance for Corimon, a Venezuela-based chemical company. Hernán has an Honorary Doctor of Human Science Degree from the Carkhuff Institute of Applied Science and has acted as a Professor of International Finance at Univerisdad Católica Andrés Bello.

JEFF GOSSEL

Jeff Gossel is Founder and CEO of Jeff Gossel Consulting, LLC and is a respected senior space and defense consultant. Mr. Gossel retired from the United States Intelligence Community as a member of the Senior National Intelligence Service. Mr. Gossel concluded his long and distinguished career with the United States Government serving as Technical Director for Space and Missiles at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center. He was a Senior Executive Service member for his last ten years with the government, playing significant roles for the Intelligence Community during stand-up of the U.S. Space Force, U.S. Space Command, and the National Space Intelligence Center – Space Force's Service Intelligence Center. As NASIC’s Technical Director for Space and Missiles, Mr. Gossel provided technical oversight of analysis and production on space domain awareness; foreign spacecraft; space launch vehicles; space object surveillance and identification capabilities; space order of battle; counter-space systems and kill chains; hypersonic vehicles; and medium-, intermediate-, and intercontinental-range ballistic missiles. Emerging and disruptive technologies and foreign force employment were also part of his portfolio. Throughout, he provided scientific and technical expertise to development of policy decisions contributing to the satisfaction of National, Department of Defense, U.S. Space Force, and U.S. Air Force intelligence products and services. Jeff holds several corporate board position including sitting on the Board of Advisors for the National Security Space Association.
