DAVID GRANGE

David L. Grange is the President of Osprey Global Solutions, LLC, a Service-Disable Veterans Organization. Grange was the CEO of Pharm-Olam International, LLC, as well as CEO and a member of the Board of Directors for PPDI (Pharmaceutical Product Development, Inc.). Prior to joining PPDI, Grange served in the McCormick Foundation for over 9 years, as President and Chief Executive Officer, and earlier as Chief Operating Officer. Grange served 30 years in the U.S. Army, where he finished with a decorated military career and led from platoon through division level. Following 9/11, Grange was a national security consultant for CNN, CBS, and WGN.

CEO Andrew Heaton is an international businessman who has ownership interests in multiple companies. He has conducted business on five different continents, and has extensive experience dealing at the director/minister level in numerous foreign governments. CEO Heaton's passion is finding ways to increase the connectivity of our planet in hard to reach places, and providing an easy to use resource for humanitarian workers, first responders, and business professionals worldwide.

Chief Operating Officer

TIM STRANAHAN

Chief Operating Officer Timothy M. Stranahan joined the company in November 2020, after a senior leadership role in a Fortune 100 telecommunications company, and nearly 23 years of service in the FBI. COO Stranahan served as the FBI Assistant Special Agent in Charge for the State of North Carolina leading National Security (International and Domestic Terrorism; Counterintelligence; Cyber; WMD; Crisis Management) and Criminal investigations. He has served with distinction in Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, North Carolina, and Washington, D.C., and received the FBI Combat Theater Award for foreign assignment in Kabul, Afghanistan.

JAMES (JAMIE) GILBERT, PE

Chief Technology Officer James (Jamie) Gilbert oversees the engineering, research and development, and product assembly teams and bears overall responsibility for all integration engineering and communication projects. With over 35 years of experience in transportation, communication systems, computer networks, and ITS engineering design, Jamie excels in developing and presenting complex engineering and communication technology solutions to owners, operators, designers, and technicians. His ability to clearly communicate intricate concepts ensures ongoing project improvement and effective planning. Under his leadership, Tekniam Engineering delivers high quality, innovative solutions tailored to the needs of diverse clients and stakeholders.
